Scale build-up on boiler tubes, salt cake in the upper furnace, smelt bed, refractory and clinkers in the firebox all mandated specialized industrial cleaning procedures. Depending on the severity of the cleaning project, Blancon’s highly skilled work force coupled with specialized high-pressure waterblast pumps increase hydroblasting intensity where needed.

Blancon technicians customize automated lancing systems, waterblast nozzles and retractable tooling to enter at inspection ports, confined space areas and remote and inaccessible areas, minimizing safety risk to personnel. Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) Waterjet Technology (40K p.s.i.) is valuable when 10K or 20K p.s.i. hydroblasting is not effective.
