Blancon provides services to support across a broad range of equipment and needs. For example, cleaning of heat exchangers (shell side, tube side & fin fans), reactors, towers, drums and above ground storage tanks.

Blancon uses high pressure, high volume capabilities to clean various pipeline configurations congested with cured resins, de-coke continuous cokers and vapor lines and to de-slag boilers. Blancon also offers Ultra-High Pressure (40K p.s.i.) waterjet technology to prepare welds or surfaces for NDT testing, for cleaning tubes testing, and for "cold" cutting tanks and lines. Recommended pigging applications remove heavy sediment from process lines, crude lines, potable water lines, and fire protection lines.

Tank cleaning using high-pressure water systems help our customers remove sludge and waste materials. In this process we utilize hot/cold water power washers and can provide specially blended chemicals and solvents based upon the situation.

Highly specialized Rope Access crews provide NDT testing services and high-altitude repairs. Blancon’s technicians are experienced and comfortable at height, enabling us to work efficiently in difficult and awkward locations. Our multi-disciplined technicians use rope access methods to safely reach areas of concern and perform the work at hand. Blancon provides a flexible, cost-effective alternative to scaffolding for industries with difficult to reach locations.

Additionally, Blancon offers industrial painting, corrosion prevention and fireproofing services to help maintain the plant at optimal efficiency. Together with partners, Blancon can also offer specialized welders and fabricators and serve on-shore as well as off-shore installations.

Tank cleaning
